English Cheeses

Made by Butlers with milk from their own pedigree cows. Its distinctive orange curd is soft, smooth and moist with a tany finish.
Cropwell Bishop Stilton
A multi award-winning Traditional Blue Stilton cheese. Rich creamy with a rounded flavour. Still made using traditional methods to ensure consistent quality and flavour.
West Country Brie
Made in Cornwall, soft and creamy with a buttery flavour.
Cornish Yarg
This handmade unique cheese has a firm, crumbly texture and a mild flavour. Wrapped in nettles for an attractive finish and distinctive taste.
Dorset Red
This deliciouse cheese makes the perfect treat for any occasion. Naturally smoked hard cheese is handmade and matured on the Dorset Coast.
Five Counties
A colourful looking cheese with 5 layers of different territorial style cheeses: Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Cheshire, Derby and Cheddar.
Stinking Bishop
A sticky orange rind with a punget and sprited aroma. The texture can vary from firm to soft and creamy depending on the season.
Wookey Hole Cheddar
Matured in the famous Wookey Hole Caves in Somerset. Over 12 months old and has a flavour that can only be obtained from the cave aging process.
Fruitwood
A smooth, smoked flavoured cheddar coated in paprika.
Wild Garlic Yarg
A mild, firm yet creamy cheese wrapped in 'wild garlic' leaves which imparts a delicate flavour.
Quickes Mature Cheddar

Brie de Meaux Rousaire AOC
The King of all Bries. Made from raw milk, this Farmhouse cheese of connoisseur quality is matured for 5-6 weeks and protected by Appellation d'Origine Controlle.
Camembert Le Rustique
Made in Normandy, home of Camembert, using milk from cows, which graze on the lush green pastures. With a earthy-woody flavour, and garlicky nose
French Goats Log
White bloomy rind and mild to medium flavour.
Roquefort
Appellation d'Origine protected, this famous cheese is made with mild from sheep grazing in Les Caussos mountains and rivpened in the caves of Combalau.

The curds are cooked in the whey, drained, pressed and matured for a least six months when the famous holes appear as gases in the cheese are trapped. Nutty, mild cheese essential for fondue.

Has a smooth rich creamy taste with a distinctive briny, dry sharpness that lasts on the palate. Essential for fondue.
